My specialty and interests lie within the technical training space. I have created hundreds of hours of meaningful, engaging learnings for software companies and energy and utility companies.

I have a comprehensive approach; developing customized trainings that are tailored to and focus on the individual learner, instilling within them realistic, applicable skills that they will apply while they are on the job.
From designing AutoCAD trainings for electrical and gas service designers, constucting mission-critical training for data centers worldwide, to creating an entire online curriculum for team dispatchers, I am here to optimize your organization’s training.

I want to work based on what is best for you! Of, course I will have my own input and way of doing things, but one of my principal skills is understanding the culture and structure of the company that the trainings will be based in and delivering the finished result from there.
About My Career:
After a couple of years teaching English and Social Sciences, first in High School and then Junior High (my very last class is pictured here!), I embarked on my journey to become an Instructional Designer.
Since then, I have created courses, facilitated classes, and made lifelong friends in every industry and subject.
While my specialty has moved organically into the field of technical training and software, I have made courses in fast food service, accounting, sanitation, and my personal favorite – Breakfast Cereals!
I have at times returned to my training as an educator in English and Social Sciences, where I have supervised a team of writers and editors to create several remote education textbooks for distance learning, as well as having the privilege of being one of the team leads that worked to take the entirety of the Chicago Public School District’s curriculum online.
